Payment and Refund Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Scope of This Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of access to Course A, the professional resource dedicated to studio production in motion. It covers studio equipment setup, dynamic camera operation, lighting and sound waves, and creating smooth high-quality workflows for television news and live shows. The policy governs payments made through the commercial website operated by premirezo and explains how refunds are handled when eligible. It applies to individual and business customers located in the United Kingdom who purchase digital access or subscriptions.

Prices, Currencies, Taxes and Additional Charges

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling. Value Added Tax at the prevailing UK rate is included where applicable. No additional charges apply for standard access unless you select optional add-ons such as extended support periods. Prices may vary for promotional periods but the amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged. Currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not refunded by premirezo.

Accepted Payment Methods, Authorisation and Security

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfers for larger orders. Payment is authorised at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways that comply with PCI DSS standards. premirezo does not store full card details. Authorisation may be declined for reasons including insufficient funds or suspected fraud. In such cases you will be notified immediately and no contract is formed.

Order Confirmation and Contract Formation

Once you complete payment you will receive an email confirmation containing order details and access instructions. A binding contract is formed when we send this confirmation. Until then no contract exists and you are not obliged to proceed.

Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel if you have not started accessing the digital content. If you begin accessing the material during this period you lose the right to cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund Eligibility, Exclusions and Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are available within the 14-day cooling-off period provided you have not accessed the course content. Once access has begun or after the cooling-off period refunds are not provided except where required by law. Promotional or discounted purchases are non-refundable after access begins. Physical goods are not supplied therefore returns of physical items do not apply.

Step-by-Step Procedure to Request a Refund

To request a refund contact info@nfts.co.uk or submit details via the contact form on the Contacts page. Include your order number, full name, email address used for purchase and reason for the request. You may also telephone 01494 671234 during business hours. Requests must be made in writing to be valid.

Inspection, Approval, Rejection and Notification

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within two working days. Each request is reviewed against the eligibility criteria. You will be notified of approval or rejection by email within ten working days. If rejected the reasons will be explained clearly. You may appeal once by providing additional information.

Refund Method, Processing Time and Receipt of Funds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing begins once approval is confirmed and typically completes within five to ten working days. Credit card refunds may appear on your statement within one billing cycle. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

Special Rules for Digital Content and Subscriptions

Digital access to Course A is provided immediately upon payment. You expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives the standard cooling-off period once access commences. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but no pro-rata refunds are given for partial periods. Promotional trial periods convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before expiry.

Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks and Suspected Fraud

If a payment fails you will be notified and given the opportunity to retry. Duplicate charges will be investigated and refunded promptly once confirmed. Chargebacks are treated as potential fraud and may result in immediate suspension of access pending investigation. Suspected fraudulent activity leads to account review and possible reporting to relevant authorities.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. You retain the right to claim for faulty digital content or services not provided with reasonable care and skill. These rights cannot be excluded by contract.
